The power consumption of miniTOUCH EnOcean switches is so low that it can only be measured with special devices. Provided that the battery does not show any defects within 30 years, the current of a button cell is sufficient for 30 years of operating current. And that with an actuation every 5 minutes, around the clock, every day. Self-discharge and aging of the battery are taken into account. The highest quality branded batteries, type CR2032 (button cell), are used.

EnOcean wireless switches enable installation in the ideal location, without being restricted by laid cables or wall sockets. With touch switches Switch the light on with a gentle tap of your finger, without any moving parts. miniTOUCH products combine both advantages for the first time: They are EnOcean wireless switches and at the same time touch-sensitive switches / touch switches. It is also remarkable that the power consumption of the miniTOUCH EnOcean switch is so low that it can hardly be measured. The integrated battery can therefore supply operating power for 30 years, provided the battery does not show any defects during this period. In order to switch lights, dim the brightness or open a blind, a radio receiver ("radio actuator") with the corresponding function (switching, dimming, controlling blinds) is connected to the EnOcean switch in the respective 230V circuit.

The miniTOUCH pure as a flush-mounted EnOcean switch with very small covers is an extremely puristic light switch.
Strictly speaking, radio technology is not necessary in this constellation. Nevertheless, the special technical skills make it possible to use the extremely small switch bezels, which would otherwise not be possible. In addition, the radio technology is not a disadvantage but offers the option of using it over longer distances if necessary.
Furniture switch EnOcean Funk miniTOUCH wood:
miniTOUCH wood is an EnOcean furniture switch, also known as a cabinet switch or wooden switch, and can easily be integrated invisibly into a wooden surface:
a Ø 50 mm hole in the back of the pot is sufficient, which is not visible from the front. The wooden switch is simply glued into the hole in the pot. Only a small, flat touch screen with a minimalist design can be seen from the front.
miniTOUCH wood is also a perfect switch for furniture, kitchen splashbacks and other wooden surfaces or wood-like materials due to its installation without a power cable.
EnOcean two-way circuit and EnOcean cross circuit:
In a two-way circuit with EnOcean switches, a common lamp is switched with 2 separate EnOcean switches. In the case of a cross circuit with EnOcean switches, on the other hand, a common lamp is switched with 3 (or more) separate EnOcean switches. The implementation of alternating or cross circuits with EnOcean wireless switches is very easy to implement.
